Apple Standard EULA

Claulog is licensed to you under Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using Claulog, you agree to the terms of that agreement, which can be found at:

The supplemental terms below apply in addition to the Apple EULA.

License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use Claulog on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Subscription

Claulog offers an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks full access to the app. The following terms apply:

  • A free trial period may be offered. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription from System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your Mac.
  • No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute Claulog or its content.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
  • Use Claulog for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Claulog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claulog and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Claulog after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
